Kaur expressed her enthusiasm about being part of the U.S. delegation during this transitional phase of Bangladesh’s government. She stated, “We have signed an agreement with the government under which $200 million will be provided to priority sectors. We are eager to work with the interim government and will proceed according to the agreement. This agreement primarily aims to advance the government’s priority initiatives.”
The agreement is designed to contribute significantly to the inclusive prosperity of the Bangladeshi people, focusing on enhancing economic stability. Kaur emphasized the importance of prioritizing health and governance systems, as well as empowering the youth to play a pivotal role in the country’s development.
